Kazakhstan is immensely rich in natural resources particularly hydrocarbons, which is providing the republic with huge inflows of foreign currency enabling a sustainable increase in consumer spending. Kazakhstan is a land-locked country, and being far from the sea has a distinctly continental climate. The air is very dry and rainfall is low, Winter is very cold with temperatures in the south often down to -20 and in the north as low as low as -50. During summer it is very hot with temperatures in the north up to 30 and in the south up to 40. It is a country with very strong needs for modern HVAC technologies.
